How did you become such a trusted, go-to skin expert for celebrities

My work has grown very organically over time. When I first started in the industry, I worked primarily through home visits, travelling from home to home and building relationships one client at a time. That period really shaped how I work and allowed me to understand skin in real life, across different environments and stages of life.

As demand grew, I worked from a number of clinic spaces and pop up locations while the business was still evolving. I had spaces in Kent, Essex and East Sussex, as well as a location on the Kings Road. During that time, I noticed that whenever I opened London dates, they would book instantly, which made it clear that London was where clients wanted to come to me.

I then established a permanent base on Cromwell Road, where I was for three years. As the business continued to grow, I needed a space that offered more privacy and discretion, which led to our move to Kendrick Mews, where we have now been based for almost four years.

While I do look after many extremely private, high profile and international clients, I also work with people from every industry and walk of life. There is no hierarchy. We are all human and there is no such thing as perfect skin. What matters most is trust, consistency and a bespoke approach that allows each person to feel comfortable, supported and confident.

Which treatments do clients most commonly opt for, and why

One of our most popular experiences is the Exclusive Head to Toe treatment. This offers a truly holistic approach to the face and body, allowing us to work with the skin as a whole rather than treating individual concerns in isolation.

I lead this experience alongside my other practitioner, which allows us to focus on both areas at the same time. Every element is tailored in real time, using bespoke settings chosen specifically for the individual in front of us. On the body, this means we can address a range of concerns such as skin tightening, muscle firming, contour refinement and the reduction of stubborn areas, all while working in a way that respects how the body responds on the day.

The Exclusive Face experience sits at the heart of this approach. It is created in real time using a layered combination of advanced medical grade technologies and hands on techniques. There is no fixed protocol and no standard sequence. Each session evolves as the skin responds, allowing us to refine, adjust and personalise every step.

Are there any treatments or general skin considerations you would recommend specifically for new mothers

This is something I really care about and love to talk about, because body changes after pregnancy are still not discussed enough. Facial treatments are very normalised, but when it comes to the body, many people feel embarrassed or isolated, even though what they are experiencing is completely natural.

After pregnancy, weight changes and hormonal shifts, it is very common for clients to feel less confident in their bodies, particularly if they are dealing with loose skin, loss of firmness or changes in texture. I see this every day, and it is something we work with very regularly. You are not alone in it.

The most important thing I always emphasise is healing. Once the body has had time to recover, postpartum body work can be incredibly supportive. Our body sessions are completely bespoke and adjusted in real time, allowing us to focus on skin tightening, firming and overall support in a way that feels safe and considered. We work very discreetly, as many clients prefer privacy when it comes to body treatments, which is completely understandable.

I think it is important to normalise these conversations. Looking after the body after pregnancy is not about chasing perfection, it is about restoring confidence and feeling comfortable in your own skin again. When the skin feels supported, it can have a powerful effect on how someone feels emotionally as well, especially during such a sensitive period.

Are there treatments celebrities often choose that non celebrities can also benefit from

Absolutely. While I do look after many high profile clients, I treat everyday people every single day, and that is something I feel incredibly grateful for. Everyone who comes to see me is here for the same reason. They want to feel happy, comfortable and confident in their own skin.

Skin concerns are universal. We are all human and we all experience changes in our skin throughout life. For some clients who are in the public eye, their appearance may be closely linked to their work or public image. But emotionally, the motivation is no different to anyone else. It is about feeling good within yourself, not about chasing perfection.

I have clients who have been with me for many years, and that longevity comes down to consistency and trust. Skin is a journey, not a quick fix, and supporting it over time is where the real results come from. Every client receives the same experience, the same level of care and the same bespoke approach, regardless of who they are or what they do.

Before working in skin, I came from a mental health background, supporting young people with substance misuse and mental health challenges. That experience shaped how I work today. It taught me to see the person first, to listen properly and to understand that confidence and wellbeing are deeply connected to how we feel in ourselves. That is why I have always referred to my work as skin therapy. It is not just about the skin, it is about supporting the individual.

No matter who you are, everyone is welcomed and treated in exactly the same way. With care, understanding and a tailored approach that respects both the skin and the person.
