DELIVERY
All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours, with the exception of weekends and public holidays, when they will be sent the next business day.
Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout. Standard shipping typically takes between 3-5 business days within the country.
Order Tracking, to ensure we keep our impact on Mother Earth as low as possible and avoid any extra paper being printed, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor your shipment's progress.
RETURNS
We want you to be delighted with your purchase at House of Noah. If you are unhappy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. Please contact customer service within 14 days to start the process. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund or store credit based on your preference. For exchanges, let us know if you would like a different size or colour, and we will help with the replacement.
